This is Tsu, my new OC, thought I'd get to drawing her while the idea was still in my head. Crits anyone so far? I'm actually trying really hard on this one for a change and I STILL hate working with a mouse.

Lol it's not a skirt, it's a top with a ruffly bit at the bottom, once I do the line art in neat she'll be wearing jeans on the bottom.
